Probably the best food we ended up eating in Denver. The service was OK. We got the bbq plAtter for two and it was great. You can taste which sauce you like to go with your food which is a plus. It wasn't packed in the place so the food came pretty quick.

I wanted so badly to like this place more but the wings were just so dang salty!
The good:
Service: I went on a Wednesday for $.50 jumbo wings, which is a great deal. Not many people and I sat at the bar. Wings came out lightning fast.
Atmosphere: super cool place on 17th. Been before for brunch and it's usually pretty busy. Some TVs if you're trying to catch a game and plenty of space. Wide selection of craft beers.
Portions: huge wings and for $.50 each, they were pretty impressive. Smoked perfectly and super juicy.
Homemade BBQ sauce: 5 sauces to choose from, all delish.
The not so good:
SALT: got an order of dry rub wings and an order of naked wings. Both were super salty, which is a shame because as mentioned above, the wings would've been soo good on their own. They were so salty that I couldn't finish them, and I almost never let food go uneaten. Even the naked wings were powdered in salt.
If these guys can tone it down the added salt, they will have some of the best wings in town, and one of the best deals. -

Brisket and Pulled Pork a little smokey and dry. Both lack salt and any seasoning. The potato salad, not great... very bland. Presentation is fine for a barbecue house. BBQ Sauces are not innovative or creative with the recipe. The corn bread was made fresh but was a very low end box bread. Most likely will not be back. Waitress, she seemed like she needed to go home. The Margaritas were so good! everything else was bad and no lighting outside.

Good: the wings were tasty. I like that they were brought out "naked", so you can try the various sauces available. Mac and cheese was also solid.
Bad: the brisket was pretty bad. Pretty obvious that it was done quickly as it was leathery and tough, which brisket should never be. Not a lot of seasoning on it as well.
Might return in the future, but only for the wings. -

If you haven't been here yet, what do you have to lose? We are visiting from out of town and stopped here on our way through, let me start by saying that the wings here are EASILY top 5 I've ever had my entire life. Incredible dry rub smoked with TONS of flavor, and exceptional quality .
I got the brisket plate with ribs, everything melted in my mouth. The ribs fall right off the bone and the "TEXAS" Sauce is awesome ! Sweet with a little tang-- Don't take my word just try it.
-- the Waiter we had (Kerry) was incredible, fast service and super friendly. If I come back through this way I will make SURE that I stop here again. Thanks to the staff at SAUCED Smokehouse for the incredible meal, great beer, discounted wings, and exceptional Service!
